California Cops shoot Rottweiler dead in front of the Owner !!

1 July 2013 - The 130-pound, 3-year-old Rottweiler named Max was shot to death after he escaped through a window in a parked car and ran over to his master, Leon Rosby, who was being arrested for filming the scene on his phone.

The video shows Rosby, 52, walking his dog Sunday around 7 p.m. near a house with several police squad cars parked outside.

Rosby was held overnight in jail on suspicion of obstruction of justice and released at 5 AM the next day.

'He literally killed my puppy I had since he was 6 weeks old,' Rosby said.

In the video, Rosby is noticeably upset.

'I was crying and hollering, "My dog! Max! Max!"'

Rosby doesn't understand why police didn't let him go to properly secure his dog, or why they continued to arrest him after he put the dog in the car - a sign that he was leaving.

'There was no way Max should have died like that,' Rosby said. 'Max was only protecting his master. He was trying to stop them from beating on me.'
'All he did was love me,' he added.

Rosby says that police would not return his dog's body to him.

His attorney Michael Gulden says that Rosby is planning on filing a lawsuit against the Hawthorne Police Department.- find more in dailymail.co.uk

Funny expressions of dogs trying to catch treats in air !!

German photographer Christian Vieler made some hilarious photos of dogs trying to catch treats. The photographer captures the precise moment right before a dog gets or misses a treat thrown in the air, and the expressions are nothing short of epic. LOL !

Belgian Malinois Swims 6 Miles To Reunite With His Owners !!

Belgian Malinois is one of the smartest and strongest dog breeds around. That's the reason this breed is used for service work like search and rescue, personal protection, and tracking.
A Belgian Malinois is also known for having high energy.
All these traits were contributing factors when a 10-month-old puppy found itself in an extremely dangerous situation while on a boating trip in Lake Michigan. Edward and Kristin Casas encountered mechanical problems while in the middle of the lake.

Kristin was at the top of the vessel, steering and her husband was in the bottom in the engine room trying to fix the problem. They both believed they left Rylee unattended for about ten minutes. The couple have been taking care of Rylee while their son Colin who owns it is away at college. The family made the heart-wrenching decision of calling, “mayday dog overboard,” over the radio with the hope of finding Rylee alive.
Fiedor posted on Facebook groups and pages in case people ran into the 10 month old puppy. She also notified local fishermen to be on the lookout. The next morning the couple received a call from a woman who said that she had seen Rylee at the plate river campground, which was around 16 miles far from the place Rylee was lost !! That means the dog swam 6 miles and walked around 10 miles. The couple brought Rylee’s food and toys with them while they marked their scent close to the truck they drove in. And it wasn't long Rylee came out of the woods and run to greet her humans. Now Rylee is safe and is living with his owners.
